Athletes are expected to be model citizens, positively represent themselves and the team, and to always give 110%. If this sounds like training you’ve been searching for, WELCOME HOME!
Discrimination Policy
The EFA does not, will not, and shall not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, creed, gender, gender expression, age, national origin, disability, or sexual orientation. This policy is for all athletes, volunteers, staff, parents, and vendors. We are here to build, support, and embrace our beautiful track community, and we expect all participants to do the same.
Mission: to develop, educate, and train youth athletes to embrace their full potential mentally and physically one meter at a time. To inspire, mentor, and encourage the youth to participate in healthy activities year round. To build a strong track and field community by uniting as one with bonding, training, and competing.
Philosophy
"One meter at a time"
We are here to provide a safe space for not only athletic development, but growth mindset development as well. Our athletes will learn how to change any negative self-talk into positive affirmations. We believe in trusting the process, and allowing every athlete to grow at their unique speed. While training with EFA, athletes will also learn how to encourage and support each other. Everything takes time and we are prepared to walk with our athletes before they learn how to run.
